High Beams/Fog Lights

I just want to be 100% sure about the bulbs.

Foglights: H-4/9003/HB2
High Beams H-4/9003/HB2

Is this correct??? Please respond ONLY if you know for sure.

Thanks...SC

Re: High Beams/Fog Lights

The high beam and fog light are the same bulb I assume.

Also, there is a small wedge type bulb inside the fog/high beam housing. Anyone know the part number for this bulb and any good white (not blue) replacements??

Thanks again...SC

One bulb runs both the fog and high beam (H-4 and equivalents). I used the PIAA Xtreme White 168 Wedge bulb for the clearance light. It shines nice and white, but the bulb is tinted blue.

And the PIAA clearance lights match the Xenons and the Silver Stars??? I just want them all to match.

Re: High Beams/Fog Lights

The low beam is a H1 bulb or equivalent. The clearance lights when on with the rest of lights are barely noticeable so matching is not an issue. By themselves it does not matter either, since they are the only ones on.

I'm still going to replace them.

Understood, but you said you wanted them to match.

Re: High Beams/Fog Lights

Hi, all. The PIAA 168 bulb is rated at 5W. Is it possible to replace it with a higher wattage bulb, say 40W, to have "poor man's" DRLs? TIA
