It's not your product. It's http://www.advancedautomotiveconcepts.com/ products. They have screwed several members here. I think its time to let the admins know here as well as the LEXUS is300.net/clublexus.com about this.

First of all, I apologize to Ed for the mini hijack.
Vision,
I'm glad you guys came on the forums.
The problems were (as documented in all my saved emails):
1. Ordered bulbs on Jan 3rd, $30 + $7 for shipping. But wrong bulbs shipped. I wanted 7443 dual filament. Instead 7440 single filaments were sent. Despite my emailing you guys stating this. Despite me calling up personally on Jan 4th (the next morning) and trying to make sure that 7443's were sent.
2. Received the bulbs on Jan 20th. So bulbs took over 2 weeks to get to me. Didn't realize that you guys were in Canada. I'm not obsessing over this though, it just irked me.
3. I emailed back on Jan 20th. Saying that the wrong bulbs were sent. The email sent in response was that 7443 and 7440 are backwards compatible, but that an exchange can be arranged. I didn't want an exchange anymore. On Jan 23rd, you agreed to a refund after initially only offering an exchange. I sent them with tracking to Canada that weekend. Per USPS.com, they were received on Feb 10th. Feb 12th comes along, no refund issued, so I emailed letting you guys know that the bulbs were already at the destination. Feb 28th comes along, still nothing. I send another email, this time more pointed (no cursing, that's not my style).
4. March 1st, at 11:46 PM, I receive the refund. I'm still out the $12 or $15 to ship to Canada with tracking, but there was no way I was going to send them WITHOUT tracking after what I had been through. Also out the $7 for shipping initially, but I'm not stressing over that.
So I gave you guys ample communication and notice of everything, and it took 18 days to receive a refund. And that was after 2 emails and someone pointing you to this thread. Can you see why I was frustrated?
In any case, I think our business transaction is done. I don't have any ill will towards you guys. But just please keep in mind the difference between 7443 and 7440.
Again Ed, sorry for the hijack. Are you going to have Littodevil do your retrofit?
