I need some input / feedback / help
Here's where I'm at and we'll get to why and what I'm thinking in a moment. I was at an awesome meet this weekend (thank you I/S/O and Stance:Nation) and there were a couple nice G's there, I didn't feel badly out of place or anything, but I wasn't turning a ton of heads of either. To this point, with the exception of rolling the rear fenders and painting the trunk (thanks again Ed), I've done all the work on this car myself and I'm proud of that because I enjoy my hobby. I'll continue to do the bulk of the work myself, but I'm looking at ways to get a bit more attention the next time a ton of us are together.
Here's where I am now, and I'm my own worst critic and already know some things that you all will likely share, so be brutal, it's all good. As it stands I have BC coilovers, 20x9.5+5 front 10.5+5 rear (ordered the wheels while I was deployed and went on a best guess + the recommendation of the vendor, could have been more aggressive but I was about 8k miles away from the car so it is what it is) front tires are 235/35/30 rears are 255/35/20 and they will be replaced in the not too distant future because they suck, I went cheap to help figure out fitment knowing that they wouldn't last long. Rear fenders are rolled (thanks to Bobby at CIN) and front fenders are garage pinched/rolled, I'll get them fixed.

In the last picture I tried to keep my 4Runner in the frame so you can get a feel for the camber - there's not much up front and it doesn't match the rear (which drives me crazy) but that's not a good angle, the rear camber is more negative than the front and it's not showing up in that pic.
So you've seen the car from a couple angles, and if you would like I can always take pics from a different angle if you've got questions. Here's the current plan, or thought anyway: Go a little bit more low up front to try to match the rear (do I go any lower in the rear first or am I good?), add 5mm spacers out back and 10mm spacers up front, match the camber front and rear, go 10mm thinner on tires front and rear, see if I can still drive to work. If that won't work let me know why and what you'd do in my place, like I said I'm open to input and feel the need to do something but wanted to solicit some feedback before I do.
Edit: Stock body is likely going to stay because of my commute. I don't care how much anyone bitches about roads, unless you drive on a military base every base where 90% of the population drives stock height or lifted vehicles, you don't know how much that sucks. Also I'm against going so aggressive on wheels that I need to pull the vendors, I like the body lines as they are so I want to work it out to look as good as possible with just a fender roll.

Your car looks clean and the drop looks good. I can feel your pain about driving on a military base but IMO if you want to turn heads you might want to look at body kits. I'm on the fence myself about how far I want to modify my G because of road conditions but as of right now I myself am looking at BC's and T1s'. If anything you can modify rim color for contrast which may turn a few heads. Otherwise your G looks nice and clean.
Looks good from what i can tell in the pics you posted. Not really sure the direction you are looking to go since you did say you wanted to keep the stock look. Just my suggestions would be to think about upgrading your brakes, maybe having them in a different color for contrast. Also, can't really tell from the pics but do you have rear mud guards?, that may add some subtle looks but it all depends on what you wanna do.

Not too sure on what you're trying to ask. You want the camber in the rear to match the front?
Why not just make that happen with the current offset that you have, instead of adding a spacer?
And are you going to switch out to 225/35/20 in the front and 245/35/20 in the back once your tires are replaced? Gives you a bit more room to play with in terms of rubbing issues.

I guess beyond the suspension adjustments at the moment, I'm at a loss for where to go with the car. Need some inspiration. I've been spending a ton of time in the picture share/media share sections and there's a ton of nice rides, but I don't want to just rob someone else's style you know? As it is I feel like I'm jacking Eurodre's former look because if I was to do any body mods I'd go with an Ings lip and sides lol.

I do have the rear mudguards. The brakes aren't a bad idea but most of the BBKs I've seen are probably not in the budget right now. I would also probably need a thinner than normal BBK, that wasn't in the plans when I ordered the wheels so I went with R discs which aren't very BBK friendly. I'm afraid to drop that much cash on brakes when the stock ones work pretty well because that would put a dent in the go-faster budget
You're correct on the tire sizes, that is the intention and once I see where I end up as a final (for now anyway) ride height and alignment I'll get there. I mentioned the spacer because I'm relatively flush in back and just a couple mm from actually flush in front, if I adjust the camber I'll be off the fender (sunken) a little and I'd like to keep the rim as close to the fender line as I can.

Perhaps venture through this thread and see what inspires you.

Hah, that's just me whoring out that thread since I'm just really proud of it. I guess for the direction of your car, you gotta ask yourself what kind of look you want. Clean? Aggressive? OEM like?
And judging by your location, you're stationed out at Bragg? I was stationed at Hood for awhile before ETS and I know all about terrible roads on bases. I kind of just put up with it. My poor under-carriage.

If you want to turn heads, you'll definitely need some body mods IMO. People see stock body G's everyday, so it'll take some amazing wheels/stance to turn heads. But since you refuse to slam it more / get a body kit, I'm afraid there isn't too much more you can do to it. It looks just fine the way it is. Who cares if other people don't flock to it, if you like it, then thats all that matters.
I'm going to play with more low when the weather turns. I'm tucking a good bit of tire in the rear and with a better stretch I can get lower up front. I'll probably need a new exhaust after a couple months of that but oh well. Maybe someone will want to trade some nice 19s in the spring
Thanks for the feedback folks, much appreciated

Do u mean u got O discs? R discs are BBK friendly. Leave the sidemarkers alone. Don't do any tinting other than windows and honestly u don't need to drop it anymore unless you really want to. Looks great as is, imo.
Want to turn heads? LOUD MUSIC. Just kidding.
I don't have a bodykit; I'm just a bit lowered on 20's, and with a contrasting color scheme. Your wheels do stand out, but shiny rims on a black car isn't really eye catching. Get back a chrome grill and some clear corners. I think it'd come together nicely. Maybe not... Just my opinion, as a head turner. DOn't get me wrong, my setup is **** compared to a lot of people on this site >.>

I won't suggest lowering the car, as I think the pictured height is actually very nice. Not so low to where it seems you are damaging the car by driving around town, but low enough to notice is modified nicely. I won't suggest a full body kit either. Call it semantics, but a nice lip kit would do your car plenty of justice. Front lip of some sort, some sides, and a spoiler would kick things off nicely.I think with black and especially your current wheel set up, subtle mods are the way to go.
