I completely understand that I will be needing to cut my wheel wells out, but I don't know if I have the set of rims I would want to build a widebody around, I would probably go a lot wider. Therefore I think I will either really really pull these out or buy flares and install them until I widebody it.

if you want to still use the Forgestars just use some spacers until you find a set that you wanna build to the perfect specs of your widened fenders

I suppose, except I hate spacers. Just don't find them safe at all. That is one of my very few weird things. I may think about it though, get an inch or so more outta it.

Never mind flares go for like 450 then probably 300 or so to install them.... Therefore I will have a guy come pull all 4 fenders.

Okay. I'm still on the fence about fender flares, but I think I may do them. It will give me the aggressive look I want, riveted flares then possibly a apr spoiler and the exterior will be buttoned up. All in all I think i have about 100 hours left into this ride. Ideas hints tips on how to weld, anything is appreciated.

Except they don't make a kit for the coupe. I think it was amateuRN who adi he had contacted them and a few other places to do kits and they won't entertain it. I e mailed a few places and basically got laughed out of town. Not to mention their body kits are 10k and up. Flares would cost me 600 tops.

Haha oh believe me I know they don't, if not i'd have one. I meant you should aim for something similar looking… "liberty walk inspired".

Yea, flares are about it I think. I don't know what more I would do. I'm not going to buy a liberty kit, and mod it. To expensive.

Okay, so I've been doing some digging on the se flares. There are a few sources to get them from. I'm not buying the carbon fiber ones though I do have a ton of carbon fiber on my ride... I plan on painting. Now ere are 2 sources to get them from zg flares or jdmflares. From what I understand both have had bumps along the way. Some happy customers, some pissed costumers. Nothing like strafe though. Now, jdmflares from what I understand use to make the flares from zg then started producing them him self. They re basically the same flare. Also, I know they are from a Datsun z and will need modding to fit right. Well my fenders will need the modding. The flares on zg are about double than th at of jdmflares. Does anyone have any experience or pointers with either source.
