All I have to say is I put a 10.5 +45 on my car for a few miles. It fit, still had a little room on the inside, but not much

10.5 +45 is weak as fawk. im runnin that +20mm + 275s in the back.

Basically man, +45 is weak for THIS thread...I'm not into hella anything so I'm still on the hunt for a nice 9.5 + 25 setup for my launch pad it'll be nicely flush @ ~ 1 degree of camber from what i've seen

9.5 +25 is not that flush. just go to 15 =]

Take a picture of what you're talking about, the spindle/knuckle in the back doesn't come in contact with the wheels at all.

19x9.5+22
^ is this aggressive enough??

So is a 10/7kg set up stiff enough for our sedans to have a low AND aggressive set-up? I read through here and saw some of you are running higher spring rates than that; is it absolutely necessary?

No. its not aggressive. Might as well keep the stocks.
9.5 +5 / 10.5 +22 is decent aggressive...
