i co-own the rental property with my parents and I have 1/4 stake in their main residence. I also rent a room with my best friend

Do I have a whole house after I piece it all together? Not technically, I have 3/4 of a house..LOL

But I can still let anyone use my vacant garage. I'm not kidding either, its located it Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. Just give me a day advance and I'll make sure its open for you.

Put the blackout tape on one side yesterday... let it sit overnight and most of the day

It shrank in showed chrome... and it got kinda wrinkly, so yeah, ripped it off just now.

I'm just going to have the trim painted.
