No one at the moment. RRYDE used to do them but he's busy with other projects. Ionic is working on making them.

You can DIY it.

For sure, definitely don't do it with your stock grill, get a spare.

FL/illest plate frame colormatched LS with Silver letters the same color as my grill, headlights and wheels. Paint work done by AutoExplosion.

Crappy cell pics for now.

My plenum is chromed and it's 3 years old with one of those spent in the brutal Texas summer. No discoloration, chipping, or polishing needed just a wipe down with a damp cloth. I wouldn't buy a polished plenum if I had the choice of a quality chromed piece. The difference between those 2 is dramatic. The bonus for me is it matches my rims.

You have to consider that your plenum will "pop" more than the rest of your bay if you don't get everything chromed. Not saying don't go with a chromed plenum cause they do look awesome. I've compared mine side by side with one and the chromed one is more shiny but I wouldn't do a chromed one cause it wouldn't match my polished stuff.
