I too am confused by the plastidip craze, I recently got "schooled" on the facebook group about how Plasti is the next greatest thing instead of paint! *shrug*

I've seen a few results and it's fine for that "BoB" mentality but I will never accept it as a "high end" alternative to paint.

Sorry OP didn't mean to rant in your thread.. time for some wheels now eh!?!
Lol , yeah i agree it never looks as good as what real paint will look, but i still think its awesome ,, just the fact that i went with all black trim .. but just in case the color scheme changes and i found some nice silver wheels , i can easily just peel it off instead of having to buy the chrome trim all over ! haha But never as good as paint , there is a new frenzy that i feel is taking over tho , its wrapping the car , seems to look almost as good as paint !

A couple of questions....

1. Did you buy the Coupe struts new or pick them up used somewhere?
2. Are the coupe struts from the Sport model?
It did man , i was suprised ! & yeah i was actually looking for them on ebay first , just the springs .. and decided let me look on CL first , and BOOM found the set springs with struts for 120 haha he said only had them for 2k miles ! && yeah they were for a sport .

Dont be such a dick. Just move past it to the next thread without making unnecessary posts - like this one.

I agree I wouldn't consider that sorta thing a modification but the thread serves a legit purpose and can be used for informational reasons if searched in the future.
Thanks x100 saved me the writing ! hahaha

Wow bro that's a stong second post, keep handing out this kind of information and you'll be a go to in no time.
I don't see any mods besides the drop and there are plenty of pics on this site of cars dropped on Tanabe 210's. This thread is another fine example of what a teenager can do with $20 worth of paint. G's, the next Civic.
BTW, driver side fender liner $40.00, or 4 cans of Plastidip, however you choose to look at it. http://www.conceptzperformance.com/C...8208.16.136.53

It has it's place, I did my grille and think it looks pretty good but I don't think I'll be using it anywhere else. When it come to areas like door handles and trim pieces that get touched a lot I don't think it the best way to go, those pieces look much better color matched or chrome, even gloss black for the trim if the windows are tinted but not flat Plastidip.
