Decided to get my grill painted proffesionally at my friends body shop. I really wanted it to look as oem and glossy as possible so i opted not to rattle can it. And i installed the new kickplates today after work, in the dark haha.

 

looks OEM but need better pics and from some distance in daytime if you can, and how much did it cost you?

 

Yea i know haha. He picked it up from my work and had it done by 5 but at that time it was gettin dark. I came home and put the kickplates in and didnt finish till 8. I payed $50, basically just for supplies. Sanded the chrome off, adhesion, euro primer, base, and 3 coats black and 4 coats clear.

I have a question about those kickplates...do you have to change the carpet too? or is it a straight retro fit?

 

Nope, nothing needs changing. The wire just routes through existing holes. Just run the wire down the side and snap the new kickplates in

^^, another question on the kickplates...is this for all four doors? or just driver/passenger side? thanks...oh and i like how you changed out the turning signal bulb

 

All four doors come with the kit. Rear doors are just the brushed aluminum kickplates and does not have any writing on them.

 

the grill looks sick, same with the kickplates, one last thing... DROP
