I'm actually gonna take on of the pieces to a powder coater and see if they can powder coat it black, but with all the plastic snaps and trim attached to it, I don't know if they'll be able to do it. If not, then I'm gonna have them painted the same color as the b-pillar and side-view mirror mount, so it will all match. If the first few pieces turn out well, then I will buy the rest of them an swap them all out at the same time.

 

interesting, I read a post somewhere before saying they can't powder coat because it'll melt the plastic, so painting might be your only option.

 

Not trying to thread jack, but I'm not sure if NISMO messed up or what because we just recieved 3 more sets of the JDM tails if anyone is interested in making an order. So there will be about 5 people here in the states with JDM tails!

^ hehe.. I know exactly what you mean. I did the same thing when I got mine... I waited a few days after Rick called me and told me he had them in, before going in to get them.. I figured if they still had a set after a few days, then 'it was meant to be'. LOL
