I just accepted a job in Oakbrook and want to know which dealer in the area has a good track record for service?

I am looking forward to be back in the area and I will not be there in time for the meet on the 24th. Once I get established I would like to see what some of you all have been modding in person.

Well your 2 closest dealerships are Lisle and Orland Park. I purchased my coupe at Orland Park but I don't even have enough miles for my first oil change yet so I can't provide any input on the service (yet).

I go to Lisle and have had a lot of trips there as I have 27,000 miles on the car. They are pretty good for the most part. There is one service guy there named Mark that I really do not like very much but everyone else is really cool.

 

I have found Orland to be pretty good all the way around. I could let you know how they handle a major problem that I am having soon. The bad part about Orland though is that you don't have a very nice waiting area like the other dealerships do.

 

But they are remodeling everything and will have a much more customer friendly dealership in two weeks! WOO!
