bought a gialla grille from ionic and installed it today. took about 5 mins to do, super easy and straight forward. fitment is damn near perfect, i didn't have to adjust anything at all. only thing that sucks is the fresh paint makes my bumper/front end look like **** now haha

 

 

threw on some nismo license plate frames.

 

did you say you wanted to trade the 03-04 spoiler for a 06-07 one?

 

i have an 06-07 style, and would like an oem 03-05 spoiler.

 

If your willing to paint I have a person with the 03-04 looking to sell for 80$... And I love how you keep updating this thread with every little Thing you have done for the G. Keep up the good work. Any experience with rotor replacement?

edit: i haven't replaced the rotors yet, the racing brake rotors that came on the car when i bought it seem to be doing pretty good.

 

That's a great color! That is a killer deal u got with those miles! I just got my g35 about a month ago it's an 04 coupe. I'll be posting pics soon, I just joined this forum and it seems to have a lot of knowledge about the car. 😊 Hope to learn more about the car! Right now I'm trying to find out what's the best spark plugs and a good cold air intake, I was thinking a nismo intake

yes there is a ton of good info on this forum. lots to read. for spark plugs i just replaced mine with the oem NGK's. cold air intake i'm not 100% sure, i think they are all pretty similar with gains (if any, from what i've read), i just have the z-tube with stock airbox setup.


also, update on the tuf shine tire clearcoat. it's been 3 months since i've applied it, and it's literally been raining here in NJ for the last month every day (which i've been driving in). washed the car 2 days ago and the tires are still shining . maybe not as glossy as when i first applied it but still pretty shiny.

 

I don't think I would have gone with the same grill and *insert obligatory wheel insult here*. Great find, though.

Are those spoilers stock on the coupes? I'm kinda wondering how they'd look on a sedan. Also, taking a second look at that grill, it looks pretty slick. How much was it?

 

haha fair enough, yeah it's definitely not beater status.

the spoiler on my car at the moment is a '06-'07 oem style spoiler, i actually just bought a 03'-'05 oem one to put on. not too sure how they'd look on the sedan, i know the sedan has it's own style spoiler.
