It has finally happened.....
Hello all,
It has finally happened....I am now the owner of a 2005 G35 Sedan, Black exterior, black leather interior and even came with some unknown brand of black spider wheel 19" rims.
6 speed manual of course.
I signed up for this forum ages ago but I didn't own one yet. I've been a Nissan man all my life and for the most part plan to continue this way. Previous I had 2 Nissan Maxima (1996 and 1997) Both I swapped the vq35 from an 08 maxima.
this is the first infiniti i've owned, first rwd i've owned. Car is in good shape 148k on the clock, not much wrong with the car, needs an alignment, and blinking air bag light. I've already found the air bag light reset and this weekend i'll be going over the car with a fine tooth comb. Coolant fluid, top off fluids, check MT fluid level (probably swap it out) Run a fuel treatment, change spark plugs, paint valve cover, clear white leds on the inside. Only main issue with the car is the gas gauge must not be reading properly cause I've fluctuated too much and remained at the same level for too long. I'll research that, I'm a DIY'er at heart so I'll be in the garage digging into the car myself.
It's been ages since I've been on the forums, but I'm looking forward to diving back in.
Honestly I'm planning on getting a new job before the end of the year, when that happens this car gets sold and i'll find a g37 sedan in manual to take its replacement.
Either way I'm excited. I sold my maxima 3 year ago and It's been me and the 2005 Kawasaki ZX6R the whole time but my job kept me away from home A LOT and in rentals so it wasn't that bad.
Nice to be here

Rick whats up dude?! Long time no hear? You have a G also! lol... I swear when everyone got tired of their max the next move was usually a G.
What year did you get? I'm going to guess you have a sedan to throw all your photography equipment in.
Glad to know you're still around.
