New member with trouble

I've been the proud owner of my bargain G for about 4 months with no issues until last week. Got off work hopped in hit the button everything lit up but no start? Upon minspection the rain all day plus angle I parked at caused roof drain to leak on drivers side and soaked it so bad water was dripping from the key fob slot. I disconnected battery and thoroughly soaked everything with CRC cleaner/dryer. Went back next day fired right up. 3 days later stumbling on light acceleration, rough idle at times and lack of power. Tyranny shift funny also. No CEL and can't get scanner to recognize it. If ECU was bad would it still run with no light?

Probably something still wet, check the BCM, ECM. BCM is the left side footwell near the fuse block, ECM is the right side footwell. Both are on the outboard sides of their respective footwell.
