watch out for potholes

For any of you guys that travel Rt 9. on the Natick Framingham line watch out. I ruined my Piaa Super Rozza wheels on a huge hole in the road right infront of Circuit City. All 4 of my wheels are junk.
At least Piaa is going to take 40% off the new set.

By the way who has the nice black G35 Sedan at the Dicks Sporting Goods parking lot. I see it there all the time.

Hmm...are the PIAAs supposed to be strong? I have no experience with those wheels.

I did have a set of Volks on my Supra though and hit a few unavoidable big potholes in NJ and NY and they were fine. Pretty impressed with their strength.

Anyway, good looking out.

In NY it's the smooth roads you have to watch out for since they are so few and far in between.

What kind of hole was it to ruin all 4? How fast were you going?

I guess they are not that strong all 4 are bend. The passenger sides are awful. I would not trust having those straightened. The drivers side might be able to be fixed. Piaa will give me 40% off a new set so I might just go that way.
The heavy rain we had for a week caused a massive hole in the road, which went the lenght of the road, very deep. I went through it at about 35 mph.

jimmyc13,
I live in Pepperell. I had 19" Piaa Super Rozza hyper blacks, but they are trash. I just bought a set of coupe 18" for now. I'm going to look into replacing the Piaa's but not sure. I have the grounding kit and stillen high flow air box and 350Z tube. Those are my only mods. I have a 2005 sedan.
I would love to hear a sedan with an aftermarket exhaust. I was thinking about putting an exhaust on but I might buy the 07 G35 sedan when it comes out. That's why I didn't reorder the piaa wheels. I might put that towards the 07.
Do you guys get together often? It's rare that I see any younger guys driving these cars.

Ahhh..okay. I've been to Pepperell once only....my buddy's brother bought a house there a couple of years ago.

There were 2-3 meets in the last month. First one was in Framingham (kinda rained out though)...the 2nd one was at the Kelly Infiniti dealership in Danvers (a couple of weeks ago) and the 3rd was down on the Cape (that too was rained out). I only went to the Kelly one...not many sedan owners unfortunately.... . Check out the Northeast regional threads every now & then...that's where they'd be posted.
