Anyone got connection within the Herb Chamber chain? My cousin put a deposit on a C300 4matic now dont want it anymore. The dealer is relentless to refund the deposit. Just want it back. Can anyone help?

if he signed the paper saying it's non-refundable, he's screwed

 

He did sign the paper... *on the agreement, it said both party has to sign in order for it to be effectve* but dealer didnt sign the paper.
Also, car isnt even at the lot and havent done any of the financing stuff yet. Bank was close when he put the deposit. sigh, headache

btw is somerville.. not that it matters.. but yeah.. back to topic.. that place sucks.. bad service.. and the last time i went with my fam.. they refused to negotiate price for an ML350.. they said that its already marked down.. so fk that.. if u lookin to get a benz.. go to mercedes benz of westwood and look for this skinny asian guy.. i forgot his name.. i think its david.. not positive. but he'll hook u up.. and waayyy better service

The only good I've heard of the Herb Chambers chain is the Lexus store in Norwood.

Thanks everyone for your help... This has been resolved. Well, sorta. As much as we hated that sales person, cousin ended up buying the car and follow thr with the deal. Just dont want to drag this on and sure dont want to take it to court, waste of time and energy. At least he's dealing directly with the sales GM which seems to be much more professional.

Overall, I'd never again step foot in another Chambers.

 

Herb must know his stores are like this.... I have seen managers pull crazy **** in his stores, the salespeople have it pretty bad there

 

Oh yeah btw.. if anyone else lookin to buy a benz.. go to MB of norwood/westwood.. and look for jason wong.. and let them know patrick wong sent u ;] he'll take care of u
