lol when i had my DJ NOOCH plates on my Nissan Altima i got harassed "at first"...then all the cops in my precinct knew me so they all waved when i drove by and said "HEY NOOCH" lol kinda scary but it helped that my dads cousin works int he precinct i live in...he prolly told them to lay off...
