Ok.

 

1) Buy new motor and regulator from ebay.
2) Remove door panel
3) Remove old motor and regulator assembly
4) Put in new motor and regulator
5) Put door panel back on.

Usually these installs can be figured out while you go... finding the screws and tabs to pop off on the door panel can be accomplished just by inspection
