PICS of NB Drive 8-27

From EB to Mills Valley...Since I took the lead for this drive, most of the drive pics were taken from the side rear view mirror...

While at Mills Valley

Looks like you guys had a good time- wish I could have made it out. I think it would have been less painful then my experience on a 450cc quad that day!

Yes, once I decide on whether I am getting a new bumper or front lip.

Shane picked an excellent route for this run. The last leg prior to our formal last stop, which was some 10 to 15 miles was a challenge to drive at speed. All of the cars were spaced apart nicely, which afforded those whom enjoy railing and pitching an awesome driving experience.

Hehehe . . . Thank God we were all space apart properly. During one of the earlier legs, I think Shane railed it to the limit. I was following the "Bid Guy" and thought I was going to catch a hood full of gravel. Nice turn there, Shane.

As usual, another great run/meet. Thanks, Shane!

Yeah, the last 15 miles were awesome. Scared the hell out my son. We don't have any hills or turns here in the valley so when I make it out that way it is really fun for me. That tandem bike wouldn't get out the way, they're nuts!!

There were quite of few of those near catastrophe turns , it wasnt as easy as I thought would be to negotiating those 20, 120 degree bends in a row, while having one eye on trying keep your cam in-focus and hoping something will come into frames and while having other eye, scanning for the road hazards like bicyclists and ppl walking the freaking HORSES

I must admit that I really had fun at this drive, not that I didnt enjoy other drives but I think because I was in lead this time? I could drive as fast as I would like and not hanging out in the back of pack. I know I know that I wroted that we need to take easy on this drive, but after couple of those switch back turns? you forgot all about how you suppose to take easy

Rather gladed eveyone enjoy this drive, and thanks for who had came out for this drive, we shall keep this route in mind for future meets. Think next time? rather than trying to get into a restaurant parking lot(there are no parking space at all), we should pack a picnic basket and enjoy the Harbor scenery, at Spud point Marina.
