Is it just because my car is black or do drivers not see the G?
I just have to vent. On the way to work today, I was driving on Mission St. in Daly City on the right lane. At this point, the road is 3 lanes wide. Anyways i'm driving along when some ******* in a Chevy Equinox decides to cut me off with literally no more than 1 foot between our bumpers. I pull over as much as possible to avoid an accident and honk like a mad man. It turns out the idiot is on his cell phone. Down the road, I end up getting next to him and I continue to honk yet he refuses to look at me. The douche bag was still on his cell.
A few months back, I am on El Camino in Colma, once again, 3 lanes wide. I am in the center lane and there is a car about 1 car length ahead of me on the left lane. All of a sudden, one of those turbo-diesel F-250's decides to drive hella fast. As soon as he realizes there is a car in front of him, he decides to cut me off. This time, his bumper was less than 1 foot from my bumper. The light ends up turning red and we both come to a stop. The passenger is apologizing like crazy. I tell them they nearly took me out.
One other notable close call was at night time within a week of me picking up the G. We are on Ocean Ave in SF (2 lane road with a MUNI stop in between lanes). I am in the left lane and this guys on the right lane decideds he need to make a left, from the RIGHT lane. He ends up crossing over the MUNI stop and cuts me off. I nearly t-bone him. This is when I realized how good the G brakes are. I stopped about 2 feet from his rear door. Then the idiot waits for oncoming traffic to cross before he completes his left. The whole time he is looking at me like i am crazy because I am so close to his car.
On top of that, there have been countless times that I have been cutoff. I feel like getting one of those air-horns. Do you guys get this alot or is it maybe because my car is black? And no, I do not drive like an ***.

its not like an @ss its like a stunner lol hahhahha. its not you people dont know how to drive happens to me alot when i drive the bmw. i almost got hit by 2 cars on van ness by the 101 freeway ramp i was in the middle land and the right lane only goes right middle and left go straight. the driver in the left wants to go into my lane to pass a car and almost clips me and the driver on the right wants to go straight on a right turn only lane and i am turning right into the freeway at i almost ram that guy in front door.
Unfortunately it's just the Bay Area drivers. I was almost side swiped by people merging into my lane 3 times during my 15 mile commute home yesterday. My car is loud and shiny, so it's not that they don't notice me there- they're just too ignorant of their surroundings, and don't take the time to look before switching lanes.

It's these drivers here in the Bay area who doesn't know how to! They probably bribed some person at the DMV to give them a license!!! Remember when all of those people got arrested at one DMV office when they were caught being bribed by people.
Another pet-peeve of mine, I park at the farthest corner of a parking lot... nobody around me within 10 yards... the entrance is about 20 yards away and some idiot will park RIGHT NEXT TO ME! What the hell???
My favorite, imagine this, 880 on a Sunday morning 9 am, hardly anybody on the road, going North, 5 lanes, I'm occupying 1, all other lanes are empty and some idiot would be tailgating me! WTH?

oh, that's irritating!

Boris... I can't imagine how pissed you would be if you got hit in the M3 (based off finding out about the out-of-state voters and the sign-up list situation LOL).
Sometimes I feel like taking the hit so I can get a Nismo front but I would rather not have an accident in my vehicle history.

Andy and I were parked next to each other at the Starbuck on Gellert. There were no other cars in our row. It was night time so there was plenty of available parking. Sure enough, some guy pulls up next to Andy's car. Of the hundreds of available spots, he just had to park next to Andy. We both looked at the guy and I guess he decided to move spots.
I guess some people think it is "safer" to park near someone but you dont have to park right next to someone.
