Add up the salaries of Tim Lincecum, Matt Cain, Noah Lowry's salary plus Zito's and divide it by 4. Zito may be high but our other studs are dirt cheap which makes up for it. We got pitching prospects galore. Doesn't look to bad to me?

I don't know who measured him to find at 1" taller? People use that all the time, where is that that he is 1" taller? A report? Have you ever seen how much an NBA player's "reported" height differentiates between reports, player cards, video games, etc?
As for body mass, please don't try and compare Barry Bonds to other atheletes. He is unlike any other athelete. He is a freak. Throw into that a hard-worker, a rigorous work out routine, access to a personal chef controlling all intake of food, and blood work from the most high-tech resources. Is he still on steroids because he is about as massive as he'e ever been? He is a physical freak.
But that's not even the issue. You are right. I believe he did mess with steroids. But you can't diminsh his skills. He is the home run king. There is no one else even close to him and tons of guys took steroids. Even A-Rod, if you believe Jose Canseco, is involved with steroids. It was part of the game, like discrimintory color issues, game fixing, strikes, and other lame events that have effected baseball.

I got that info from a year by year comparison of his height and weight from his rookie year up until the present time.
Between the years of 1996 and 1997 he grew 1" taller. That just doesn't happen when you're 31 years of age. It just doesn't.
I read the article in Newsweek, I think. It was from a credible source.

I can't argue that the Giants stink. They stink bad, but the pitching is gonna be sweet for a few years. Pitching is always a good place to start. The Dodgers aren't a bad team. I'm not here trying to say they are. Just like most of the teams in the NL West they are decent. Not overpowering, not bad, but decent. As for Playoffs, hell we gave up on those months ago. The Fire sale was actually great. The Giants got rid of $13 millon from crappy-*** Matt (overpaid, over-rated) Morris and got Rajai Davis (8 SB in 13 games hitting .417). Sweeney was rotting on the bench and never played anyways. He might as well been gone. Roberts is decent, but we already had Randy Winn who is basically the same player. The Dodgers are always gonna be competitive, and the Giants are gonna be in a tough spot for a year or two but they now will have soooo much cap room next season assuming they don't re-sign Bonds, that they can grab a fews more studs. We need bats, bad. Miguel Cabrera, A-Rod, here we come.
I love a spirited baseball debate, let's keep it up.
