Just making sure I didn't miss anything on the Airbox

Just replaced my stock air filter with a K&N lifetime filter.

I noticed there were 4 clips around the airbox. I unclipped them, pulled my old filter out and stuffed new one in.

Just wondering if I did that right. Were there any other clips around the airbox that I may have missed? Are there only 4?2 on top and 1 each side.

The box seems tight (seems beaneaters tighter than when it had the stock filter) and in place but just want to make sure...otheetwise I read that dust and other things can b sucked into the engine.

Thnx. Followed video and pulled entire airbox out and saw that I actually did it right first time.

with that air box being so cramped, it not uncommon to find filters misaligned in there... I've always found it much easier to take the box out, clean it, and put a new filter in without deforming it

Yep. I did just that after I found your vid instructions. Yesterday I was changing my oil filter and damaged the plastic 'coverpiece" under the car...when I screwed it back on too tight. The male screw and female slot was ripped away from the plastic.

Now I need a new plastic undercover for the car (just to make sure I have good protection underneath. Would you by chance know what that's called? That plastic cover that protects under the engine beneath the car. Is there an official name for it?

Also, since plastic isn't the most durable material under a car, is there an aftermarket under engine cover out there? Thnx

Its called an under-tray, your options are the RareJDM under-tray or Zspeeds under-tray.
