Planning a trip to SF. Advice on hot spots

Im planning a trip to go to SF in early November. I already booked my reservation for the motel and was hoping for some advice.

Where are some good restaurants to go to? Fine dining, Dim Sum etc?

Clubs/Bars? I will be in SF on a Tuesday and Wednesday, possibly Thursday night, it that helps.

Sight seeing? Golden Gate Bridge, of course, China/Japantown... um?

Any sort of activities

I already posted in the "Travel" section, but someone suggested that I might get better results posting in the Norcal section. Thanks in advance.

check out golden gate park and the academy of science and/or de young museum if you're into museums.
lombard st, the embarcadero, theres tons of things to do in the city, the golden gate bridge,
Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf.... Grab yourself some fresh crab or other seafood at one of the stands
kinda club and nightlife you into? House music or hiphop music?
Tempel in SF is perrty legit. The resturant called the view on the top of the marriot hotel is nice over sees the bay also hit up treasure Island after sundown the city looks dope.
infusion lounge

some more

if you're near the wharf i'd try scomas...it's very "san francisco". there's always a wait and they don't take reservations however, you can always put your name down while you stroll around the wharf and ghiradelli square. btw, gary danko a few blocks away from ghiradelli square and is well within walking distance to the wharf.. have fun.

For great view of SF - try Equinox (although the food is okay). Another great restaurant for views is Cityscapes, the food is not bad.

For good food and great view - The Carnelian Room, must wear a jacket.

Gary Danko is good too, jacket highly recommended.

For pizza, try North Beach Pizza, in North Beach

For Chinese - House of Nanking on Kearny, Crustacean on Polk, Betelnut on Union St.

For food and fun, try AsiaSF (we're going there tonight)

For good steak - Bullshead Restaurant on Ulloa, Ruth's Chris (it's a chain, but still good), Bobo's on Lombard, Mozell's Kitchen- great steak

That's all I could think of for now.
