Good point. I agree when it comes to service, honesty is everything. I think our biggest issue is really with pricing. If we could only get paid for answering as many questions as we do. Consumers are tough. Nothing worse than doing a lot of homework for a customer only to have them tell you they found some shop in FL that is willing to give them a better price of 5%. Some car guys need to realize it isn't always about saving money, but building a relationship with a business can save you a lot more money down the road.
