i had an 06 coupe with 11000 miles come into my shop with a busted RF wheel bearing. Take it to the dealer, they should replace it under warranty.

I have. I can do it for you in about an hour or so. I replaced my driver's side @ 100k because it went bad. I just replaced my passenger's side today to make 'em somewhat even. BTW, order them from Beaverton infiniti in OR. They're like $60 cheaper and you'll get 'em overnight.

edit: Warranty it first! Heavy wheels shouldn't wreck your wheel bearings THAT fast!

You'll hear an awful noise when going around corners, like a low pitched oscillating hum. Then when you jack the car up, one of the following will happen:
1.) Turn the wheel/hub and you'll feel a grinding instead of a smooth turn.
2.) Turn the wheel/hub and you'll hear a grind sound
3.) Push/pull the wheel/hub and you'll feel a slight motion in or out. (Worst case).

Hope you don't have to deal with it! But if you do, it's a rather easy fix. (No worse than changing your own brakes.)

Wheel bearings at Fife are like $240. . .wheel bearings at Kirkland Inifniti were like $235 or something rediculous. If you order out of state (I got mine from Beaverton Infiniti, OR) and it was $180+$9 or so. There's a place in Minnesota that sells 'em for $160, but the shipping might offset that cost. Plus the parts from OR get her next day since they are close. Oh, those costs are all per bearing set. If you wanted to do both wheels, just double it.

I'd be more than happy to do it, you'd just have to drive up to Everett. Cost? Most likely nothing, or maybe a beer. It all depends on how much of a PITA the brake caliper knuckles are to get off. Do you have brembos?

I bought my car from riverside infiniti. The only downside to buying from SoCal is waiting two days instead of one, and the shipping typically is more. But definitely check out my car's birthplace. . .I stand behind 'em all the way!
