Good choice of tire, but interesting tire sizes. Are you sure your calculations were correct?

I would not of ran a 285/25/20 in the back...thats basically Zero Sidewall which means a pretty ruff ride and almost no protection for the rim....I am running a 285/30/20 on my rears..I have considered maybe going up to a 35 for ride quality.

horrible tire size choice. 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 are the correct sizes

I would always doublecheck before EVER going with what a retailer "recommends" for a tire size, or wheel specs. They're going to push certain specs for various reasons. They def don't hold your best interests in the highest regards.

When you do, you end up with a costly mistake like this. Screws up your VDC, throws off your speedometer, and will have a neg effect on the car's handling.

Unfortunately Steve, with that tire size you are going to throw off your speedo by 4.1% give or take.

Tito you scaring me haha hmm this might be a problem. They were demoed with 285/25 tires on a g37 I don't get why they would do that if it throws off the speedo... I'll ask around see what I can find out...

Yeah, and talk about super low profile!! wow I can't wait to see pics of those, they will look nice but sort of goofy cause of the smaller rear tire.

If anything you should have had the 30 series tire in the back with the 285's... You're ride comfort is probably going to suffer. Unless it was a type-o and you meant 35s in the rear

If someone else is doing it, then it must be ok. Let's go jump off a cliff this weekend. No parachutes necessary.

This is exactly how the tire setup will look, doesn't look goofy to me at all:
