Thanks Vivek. I've actually had them for months now. Just never whored them out like I usually do my pics lol

I helped to Kris engine bay lights too....oh wait, I actually did that myself...damn you Kris!

nice that looks great. im gonna look into this as well! how long do you think the leds would last with all the heat in the bay?

I've had them for I think a year now. Even went to a show in Reno with them on in over 100 degree weather so it has to be hotter than that in my engine be on the way up. These lights are pretty bullet proof. Should last a long time

how do you remove the OEM hood rod...i finally installed some dampers but it was getting dark and i couldn't really see it, does it just pull it or is bolted somewhere underneath/behind the radiator core?

Just pull the hood rod forward. Twist a little as you pull because the rod is curved at the end.
