Engine Bay Pics*Post here*
That's a nice looking engine bay (cosmetically speaking). It came at a steep cost though (engine didn't run correctly afterwards). Let this be a warning to those who don't do their homework before attempting a full wire tuck.
has anyone, besides those of you who have repainted the entire car, had the front clip just behind the grill painted? how hard was it to access, as in can i disassemble myself and bring to a body shop, and how much should i expect to pay to have it sprayed? also, same question applies to the wiper cowl
The radiator core support is a large piece and takes quite a bit of work to remove for painting. It's doable but was too much work for me to bother. The windshield cowls are easy. They're held on by 3 or 4 10mm M6 bolts.
Thanks for the answer, i had been wondering that for a while
Did you paint those blue caps or ...? They are definetly not the oem caps I do t think? I wanted to find those but don't know what they are called lol

If you paint the covers over batter and brake fluid, I think it looks good to paint the rad core support too (more important than the plastic under wiper, imo).
damn i wanna do this but im not sure if Serengetti (sp?) Sand paint under the hood will look good
