so confused, help me decide which one. I don't track my car. It's just for driving and cruising. But I want to be able to slam it as much as possible and have some comfort.
I asked the question about stiffer coilovers last wk, not sure if you saw the thread or not but it's located here.

As for it being slammed. Not sure what your wheel setup is but i went with the function and form II.

I'm currently tucking coupe 19's in the rear of a sedan and I still have another inch to go lower if i wanted to. I'm tucking the front also and have another 2 inches to go lower if i wanted to. I tried to go down another .75 inch last nite but rubbed the fender well when i turned and scraped the exhaust on big dips.

Is there a particular reason why you are set on getting stance?

Heard that they were better quality all around. I never heard of the function and form coilovers until now.

But can someone please tell me if there are any differences between the true coilover and the oem version of stance? I am doing my research and still don't know which one to get. Some people say true coilover one drops lower while other people say they both drop the same. I need a definite answer please.

oem style uses the factory bucket. Where as the true coil over does not, yo can replace the bucket with a toe aem for more adjusability. Either setup configured correctly will get you to the floor.

If you are just going to casually drive your car, go for the oem style. As the oem suspension is geared towards that setup.

If I were to do it again go with the gr+ and the 200mm spring. If you go with the gr+pro go with the 150mm spring as the helper spring and extra collars take up more room to get low.

adatthang looks nice! can you do me a favor and measure from the highest point of your front fender to the ground and tell me how many inches it is? I want to see how many inches the stances are all the way down up front. Thanks!

Take the locking rings out, and you will gain some more, I got shorter springs on my true rear setup

I have a weird feeling the OEM multi link rear end goes lower than the true coil set up.

What's your preload set to Johnny?

Preload is set what stance set them up as. Didnt want to mess with it.

One advantage that i have noticed with the true coils is you only need the spanner wrench to adjust the height, where as in OEM you have to a 17 socket and wrench to take out that lower suspension bolt.
