anyone slammed to the max on Stance coilovers?
in the first picture it shows the rear maxxed out and its touching the locking ring to the bottom lock ring. on my stance gr+ it doesnt touch. when i max out the rears theres about an inch gap between the top lock ring and the bottom lock ring can someone answer me why?
But i set the preload to what stance recommended to me. Hand tight and one full turn. Thats what i was told over the phone. Though i set the preload with the strut not mounted on the car.
Whats up guys. Looking to buy my stances here in a few days. Any advice y'all would like to give? As to which ones to get or so? Think I'm going with the true coilover setup. Never plan on tracking the car, just for looks, comfort, and maybe stancing it out one day when I get wheels (hopefully). Any advice is much appreciated.
I just bought stance GR+ 5k/12k spring rates. Absolutely love them and they go LOOOOWWW. Ride quality is great. My g is slammed and I've only used about half of the available thread on the coils. If you maxed out stances the Frame would literally be on the ground and the car would not move lol.
True rear coilover setup with stock spring rate, no where near maxed out. I'll have the wheels off later to do some fender work and will take a pic of the coilover while I'm at it, but there's a ton of room left for adjustment.

Wheel lip is currently just under 1.25" from the fender and if I remember right I've got about 2.5" of drop left on the coilover (on a 19" rim, you wouldn't be able to move fully dropped).

Rears are 19x11.5+2, 255/35s. Going to pull the fenders as much as I can today (only rolled, no pull except what was caused by rubbing) and then look into larger outer lips if it seems doable.
Edit: Ideally I think I want to go with some new outer lips, move the current rear lips to the front and run something stupid if I can pull off the fender work and limit the amount of negative camber needed. I don't know that will happen, but it'd be nice.
