Pinstripes

Hey all fellow G's.
So I've had my g35 for some time now and haven't had much time to share her with you guys until now. I need some opinions on the pinstripes. I have been tempted to remove the pinstripes as I'm not the biggest fan of them. How do you guys think it'll look without them?
At the same time I think the black headlights complement with black pinstripe a little.
Lets get some opinions!

From what I've heard they're in the paint and will just be a big pita to remove. I'd leave it alone. Could be wrong though???

Btw paint your grille back and leave the emblem chrome- should go nicely with your headlights

It'll be much fresher without them... if you could get them off.

I'm not a big fan of pinstripes on modern cars. They look straight, and go with the flow of your car and subtle enough. If you decide to remove them there could be pitfalls

1) could have clear coat over the top

2) if they have been there a while, the paint underneath could be darker due to fading and then you'll have ghost pinstripes which are worse than actual pinstripes

3) removing them and the adhesive residue can be a PITA

It's your ride, if you like them, keep them on.

all good insight and things to consider... I like the idea about painting the grille and leaving the emblem chrome. Sounds like it would look clean

Keep those to clear^ too many black accents and it starts looking cheap quick. The black grille with chrome emblem is just simple and clean. Black corners is just Tryin too hard lol

I don't plan on doing anything with the tail lights. Only select colors can pull that off

the only black G35s that were a steel back in Jan. 13' had those stupid pin stripes on the side. I had to decline purchasing because of it

The headlights look nice though
