I went to Sean (Esexx or something) a few weeks ago i got my Ztube installed and the 350z airbox (since its better than the G35's airbox holes everywere). The 350z airbox only has a 1 hole, Facing your grill so what sean did he drilled a large hole on the fiber glass behind the grill, installed a tube to the airbox and the square funel that is hidden behind my grill.. So i took off my cold air intake for this and Baaam!! instant cold air from behind the grill with a stock 350Z intake set up its worth it.. Since CAI pick up the hot asphalt air from below the bumper etc.. I am happy with this stock Mod.

sorry bro. hey im in the military too. Navy Corpsman here! Hooorah! Best wishes to you out there. Are they giving you 3 square meals a day or you eating MRE's?
Good setup you got going there. It'll just be so much sweeter when you get them all done at once. I just installed the MREV2 and spacer. I also got the Berk HFC. You'll love the gains you get from your car!!!

04 G35 6mt coupe with INJEN CAI and exhaust, STILLEN pullys. Would a 5/16" spacer and MREV 2 have any issues with that combo? I'm also planing for Berk HFC's soon. Any recommendations plz?

i just bought the 1/2" iso spacer and was planning on pairing it with the mrev2, but from what i've been reading, the 5/16" would have been the better choice. Socal people don't really need the iso-thermal, do we?

will there be any type of gains with JUST the 1/2" spacer on a rev-up motor? I'm thinking of just putting it on so that I dont regret the decision.

The difference between the 1/2" and 5/16" isn't much, but I always recommend Iso Thermal or Copper Iso Thermal over the basic.

But if you have a REVUP engine... you need the MREV2 if you want to make any gains with your spacer.

MREV and spacer is a nice combo, add the Shockwave and it becomes so much better.
