thanks for the pcis. something i might consider doing.
now as for the contact on my car, it's right aft of the flex pipe, jus' before your H-pipe connection. it's only on the right side. the left side has LITTLE clearance, but hit it the wrong way, and it could hit.
i don't get it...i checked all the flanges, and they're spot on. all the hangers are at the right spot. i was thinkin' to myself, could i have swapped the driver/passenger pipes? NO WAY! i don't know...

So I got my Invidia exhaust installed last Friday. What do you do about the rattle as mine hits on the passenger side too. It only does it when I first start up the car, and then it goes away.
I have pics and a soundclip. Will post soon.

you'll also find that the hanger on the right side of the muffler (facing the front of the car) will contact the hanger on the body. i was surprised too, but it does. you're going to have to get that bent down (note every so slightly, or else it will make the muffler crooked with respect to the rear bumper).
hope that helps.
ps-if you're wondering which option i picked, i unfortunately had to take a hammer to the undercarriage.......
