ME LIKEY!!!
Nice and quiet till you let her rip!!!
I didnt get to do to many WOT runs...to many cars out right now.
But my first impressions are very satisfactory. Going to do an ECU reset and see how she feels on the morning commute.
Noticeable deep tone during regular driving...then when you punch it, very aggressive sound. Deep roar.
.....like Andy said........CURSED I tell ya!!!

Well, the Intense motorsport Y-pipe quieted things down a bit, but I am happier with the results thus far...more power, less bass during normal driving, still get the aggresive roar at WOT.
Now.....I think I am going to go for it and get some Crawford hi-flo cats next...and maybe a plenum spacer (need to do more research on the spacer)
....I cant stop!!!!!

Hey Papa - it's been a while - what are your thoughts on the Y-pipe?Originally Posted by G35papa

IMHO, I don't think its worth the money unless you go F/I.
Since I last posted on this thread I have added a set of Crawford cats which gave me more power through out the entire power band. Especially at the top end.
The only improvements/changes I think the Y pipe did was smooth out the acceleration (pre-cats) and quiet down my HKS rear. Post-cats I did not notice any difference running with and without the Intense Motorsports Y-pipe. So really the initial first run with the Y was not an actual butt dyno gain but rather the acceleration having more of a glide to it.
That being said.........anyone want to purchase a slighty used Y-pipe?
I haven't come across any posts that have shown gains from adding the Y to a stock or semi-stock setup. That doesnt mean that no one has posted any, I just havent come across one.
