I ended up getting the rear pads replaced at South Motors Infiniti. I went there this morning to get a quote and talked to Danny there. I told him that I had heard that he was a cool dude from these message boards and he ended up giving me a quote that was almost half of what the dealer in Atlanta quoted me for the same work. I'm also probably going to get new rotors from Eli in the next month or so as he has been very helpful as well.
