Any one replace their lower ball joints?

The ones Z1 sells are modified for lowered cars and cost over $300 I believe....YIKES!

Apparently mine are in my pobox waiting for me to get them. I'll try and see if tomorrow I'll pick them up and install them.

how long was the install? did you leave the knuckle on while you pressed them in ?

no i took it out is not as hard as it looks to take out took me and a frien of mine like 45 min to change the ball joint, the front rotor and brakes... here is some quick pictures Name:  photo-2.jpg

Did you happen to check the old one to see if there was excessive play or if it was moving around much easier than it should? And can you measure the OD of the part that gets installed into the suspension? That way we can see if the Z32 300zx ones will fit also. They certainly look similar. Great work!

The old one had alot of play in it it was really bad I been bad for over a year cuz I couldnt find a separate ball joint for it
