You just don't ****ing get it, do you.

The credit card fee is your responsibility, not the customers. No one gives a flying **** if you get charged a fee by the CC company. Every single merchant does, not just you, and yet, other merchants give full refunds if they can't provide a product or service. That's the cost of doing business.

To have the unmitigated gall to 'only' charge a 5% fee, and say you are doing the customer a favor. Wow. Just wow.

Sincerely, I hope your company goes out of business. You are doing the mod industry a dis-service by merely existing.

For anyone else, I recommend you just do a chargeback on your card, rather than bothering to argue with Strafe about refunds.

Well Dustin is a great guy and a 50% partner . He agrees on all refunds, terms and conditions. When you email strafe.auto you get him or me. We have never hid nor will we behind any of our policies published on our website and very well explained here. We actually have been open and upfront. The difference you see now iss I will not be baited into emotions. That is mostly what got me to be disliked more than anything. I got that part loud and clear.

I feel I have explained enough about Our Terms and Conditions and Our company. If you feel the need to do a charge back fine......Like I said we have to answer them anyway.

This thread has become a good place to vent..

If you feel Dustin may serve you better or get a different answer then by all means go through him...

I really like how you sidestepped the subject of passing your shortcomings on to the customer and once again just said "our policies are well explained on here."

Well played Good Sir.

Also, I'd like to point out the lack of threads like this (where people need to "vent") for companies such as Ionic, or Import Parts Pro. Hell, I've even failed to see vent threads for vendors on here such as BAUSauto and B2... companies you claim share the same parts pool as you.

Maybe it's time for you to examine what makes your company so different from some of the others on here, and as a result so much more of a lightning rod for reviews critical of your company and your service.

exactly ...apparently they need it more than i do. all to hold my money to not deliver a product they said they could...after the fact that i was sent the wrong lip first..what a nightmare dealing with strafe is.

lawrence i guess keep that 5% cancellation fee if you need it that bad that you dont wanna do a damn thing to make a customer happy when u were in the wrong twice on 1 order. I will never do business again and i will make damn sure alot of others dont as well....a company who cant even eat a so called cancellation fee for not being able to deliver after messing up the other part of the order also, just amazing.

let me guess i chose to keep the wrong lip right. ya because why the hell would i be one to send it back and you say u didnt receive it like the other guy on here and for me to wait more months to get the right lip possibly..no thanks funny thing is too i was told by dustin that my lip is made to order in house ( i have these emails) and now a few back i read nothing is made in house...lol even better...such a run around bullshit game this whole transaction. my own review will be posted and ill be in every thread making sure to look out for other future buyers

Dustin and Lawrence, please address our concerns here: https://g35driver.com/forums/picture...lles-here.html

We have emailed your company (not PM's since we know you don't like to rely on them) and not received response. This is about the 2nd gen Emblemless grilles. We need an update to that situation ASAP. I just found this thread and really don't want to post things where they shouldn't be, but I am surprised to see your company actively posting in this thread and not company emails - I will post here in hopes of a response by Strafe (I apologize if this is the wrong place, but I don't know any other way to get your attention). This is really worrying me.

Update - response received!

^YES...because many other vendors guarantee that you will get 1000 good eggs.

In the event that you DO get a bad egg, the other vendor wont blame it on you, ignore you, make excuses, or talk in retarded circles.

Sorry, but that's a very poor argument. Apply the same logic to the car industry. A car manufacturer can produce thousands of good cars, but it only takes a couple their cars catching on fire to ruin their image. And you better believe a lot of people will no longer buy from that manufacturer just because of those few incidents. It's just the way it is.

A more accurate comparison:

You buy a case of 1000 eggs. It arrives 5 months later. 10 of the eggs are broken. You try and contact the person who sold you the eggs. They don't get back to you for a month or two. You ask for a refund of the cost of the 10 eggs. They charge you a 25% restocking fee on the 10 broken eggs..

Do you stop buying eggs from them?
