Help!!! Brake problem

Help!!! Brake problem
I just bought an 06 G35 Coupe and when I get over 10 mpg the front abs activate. Once the brakes let go, the VDC and SLIP light come on and stay on until the car is shut off. The car had smaller tires on the front, so I initially thought that was the problem. So now I have the same size tires on all four corners. I also put on new brake pads all the way around too. I did notice that the front right caliper was harder to compress than any of the other calipers. The brake pads on the front right were worn way more than the front left. I am waiting for the caliper to come in and am hoping that this will be the fix. Any other ideas out there? TIA.

My car did the exact same thing when a mechanic damaged the "tone ring" on the front hub. ABS would go nuts within a block from my house then the lights would come on the rest of the drive.
The car does a self test when you first start driving, that's why you notice it as soon as you go above 10 mph.
Bellow is a pic of what my ring looked like, the mechanic got in there with a screw driver. Other causes would be a damaged/failing ABS sensor, or mismatched tires. Since you now have new tires, you should inspect the sensors.

You need to make a trip to the dealer and have them do the steering angle program. There's a steering angle sensor as part of traction control system. It needs to be re-centered when you replace steering parts, normally a rack, but you just as easily could have put the steering wheel on a tooth off. ABS/Slip lights are all related to traction control system.

Ok, I changed the caliper and the ABS still activates when I go over 10MPH. I do not remember the ABS doing this before I changed the clock spring. It also seems like only the right front brake is activating. I haven't checked the sensors or the tone ring yet, I will be doing that within a few days.
