Might Be Moving To Orange County

Hey guys,
My girl just got a nice offer with another company in LA. And she is moving there in month. I currently live in NY and I am more than likely going to move in with her 3 or 6 mos later. My question to you guys is. Considering the way the market is. I was just curious if I would have a hard time looking for a underwriter position with any mortgage companies in that area? Any feed back from anyone that is in the mortgage industry would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Mike

My dad owns his own Real Estate & Mortgage company.

You can believe me when I say, you will have absolutely NO trouble finding a job.

I can't think of any place in the U.S where real estate/mortgages are hotter than over here.

You can make good money over here.

The only downside is, you will have to deal with the outrages prices of California.

Everything is so damn expensive here.

Goodluck

New York, even though its the second most expensive place to live in, doesnt compare to SoCal.

The prices are outrageously high here. You can either live with it, or, take advantage of it and invest!

Goodluck with everything.

Yikes...I know that it was the same situition for New York. I also use to work for Argent. Thank God I left in time if not I would be part of that huge lay-off. I guess I should stay in New York...Or request for a transfer. Thank you so much... I just have to let my girl know.
