Those 3 minute lines at the private track event have spoiled me

Look at it this way - you could wait for a yr for a private track... Shawn's gig fell though so who knows when another one will come around.
I have a better one for you though - Big Willow in Feb - Road Course racing is SOOOOO much more fun and challenging! I've got the bug!
But alas, my car is better suited for straight-line blast so I cant let a drag day go by.

My biggest issue with the street legals, aside from the 2 hour wait lines per run, is the fact that I have to leave by 1 P.M the latest since I work saturdays afternoon.
As far as road racing, I will attend one as soon as I get new tires. I'm running semi-slicks right now :-/
I have a new kick a$$ suspension and I need to put it to the test!

Anyhow, I will let you guys know a week before.

For detailed pointers on what to do (such as launch, shift, etc) check out the drag section (too much to go into here).
If you come out we can help you through everything... its pretty basic stuff actually.
