I was there tuesday night too, and I had no idea about that meet. I just wanted to get something at ten ren with my girlfriend, and there it was, tons of rice rockets everywhere! Too bad the cops had to break them up.

 

that meet is called 'Tab Tuesday'... dont go to it unless you really REALLY love rice...
