opinions on Infiniti dealers in Atlanta
I will be in Atlanta and I know that they have around 5 Infiniti dealers there.
3 of the dealers have the coupe I wanted
Infiniti of Gwinnett
Infiniti South of Atlanta
Roswell Infiniti
I would like to get your opinions on these dealers before doing business with them, or if you have a salesperson you recomend.
Thanks

talk to Doug at Roswell infiniti, he is the manager. Tell him i sent you (chris with the red from jax).
Infiniti of Gwinett is owned by the same guy and they are good also.
Beware of Troncolli Infiniti up there, they are horrible.

Re: opinions on Infiniti dealers in Atlanta
Just bought mine at Nalley Infiniti in Marietta. The people there were really nice, selection was ok. However, as much as I liked dealing with my salesperson, his follow-up has left a lot to be desired. Hasn't done anything he said, before or after the sale, without me asking several times. He did give me a free trunk mat, though, that he took out of a demo on the lot. My first interaction with the service dept. (they are adding a spoiler next week) was disappointing. The guy immediately told me how busy he was, then asked me to call the salesman to have him forward some paperwork (that he was supposed to have already forwarded).
Re: opinions on Infiniti dealers in Atlanta
Nalley service sucks... I took my G (purchased there) into service three times. I had to return twice to have them correct a problem they created. Once the heater did not work after I had a TSB work performed. Second time they did not replace the washer after an oil change. Sure enough, the next time I moved my G I had an oil leak. This should NEVER happen... I had to wait for the repair to be done each time. A month later Infiniti wins the JD Powers award. What a joke.
I have not been back since then and I plan to never step foot into any Nalley dealership again.

Re: opinions on Infiniti dealers in Atlanta
In my opinion there is only two places to buy from in Atlanta.
Nalley and ask for Alex
Infiniti of Gwinnett and ask for Brian
Tell that Alan with the supercharger recommended them.
These are two great companies to deal with.
