I used to talk to Vince at SMI, he was extremely cool. He transfered and now I'm not sure who to talk to. The rest of the people don't seem near as nice.

 

From everyone that I have heard, and my personal experience, SM Infiniti is the worse dealership in S. Cali... this is sad b/c they are really close to my work and where I live.

About a month ago, I was shopping for G35C. To make a long story short, their internet/fleet manager told me that maybe Infiniti is not the right car for me.... all I asked them to match a deal that I got quoted from Glendale.

Needless to say, I got a great deal from another dealership... and would never buy a car from them again. From what I have read here, I won't service it there either.

 

I had a nightmare time with the sales people. Service used to be good but now that they changed service staff I'm not sure.
