Yup, Ive been evac'd and Im right on the coast of Del Mar by the Del Mar Fairgrounds, a major evacuation center that has now been evacuated itself. We left for a few hours and came back, were at home now. We're leaving soon for wherever we can go. All hotels in San Diego County are booked, freeways are jammed, roads are crazy. The visibility is awful, its maybe a quarter mile.

Worst case scenario, we go to the beach and wait it out there if absolutely necessary. But plan A is get out and go to Coronado to a friend of mines place. Plan B is to get out and go to our family's in Los Angeles.

Best of luck everyone and good luck. I wish everyone well. Dont be stupid, get out while you can and while its safe

Good luck Grant, Andy, Ryan, and anyone else involved in this situation. I hope none of my friends loose their houses. I'm right next to the SD Airport so I think I'll be safe, but the air is so dry and full of soot so who really knows.
Again the best of luck guys. I hope we all get out of this safely and with all of our belongings..

Edit:
If any of you need a place to stay my door is open. I live off of the 8 and 5 freeways. My place isn't as big as Ryan's but it isn't small either.

40 plus houses gone in SD, some more in all areas. I think at one estimate its up to 150 houses lost and some places don't even have the ability to get water drop.

Man this is just a state of emergency. Whats going on? I heard like 4-5 arson started fires.

I noticed that every time there's high winds or extra dryness alert. There seem to end up with a huge fire...Seriously, I think people go out of their way to start these fires...
