I actually posted then thought the same thing myself, my mac laptop kinda went screwy at that point and I didnt know it was still up.

when I first started reading this thread i was on the OP's side but I'm pretty impressed by how Riverside handled this situation: I too agree that they were under no obligation to refund the OP's money. While it did take them a while, I would expect nothing less than 2weeks for something requiring this much bureaucracy.
