****Issue with Riverside Infiniti - What can I do? **** - Page 3 - G35Driver

I can tell that I will never let Riverside Infiniti touch my car again, smashed the F out of the engine bay when reinstalling my engine under oil consumption. That engine blows seizes at 300 miles, they make huge scratches on the firewall, not just scratches but gouges and dents. Techs let me drive off with my exhaust sitting on the main center brace, AND THEY EVEN TOLD ME THEY FELT AND HEARD THAT BUT DIDNT CARE TO TELL ME. THEY OFFERED TO REPAINT MY FIREWALL, BUT I DECLINED, NOT WORTH LETTING THEM F SOMETHING ELSE UP. THINK IM GONNA LET A TECH DRIVE MY CAR TO THE PAINT SHOP. HELL NO... What does any of that have to do with this thread/situation?

when I first started reading this thread i was on the OP's side but I'm pretty impressed by how Riverside handled this situation: I too agree that they were under no obligation to refund the OP's money. While it did take them a while, I would expect nothing less than 2weeks for something requiring this much bureaucracy.
