I don't know if any of you remember the spoiler scam they tried to pull on me when I bought my G... They are a bunch of lying crooks.

Now, yesterday my dad took his O4 coupe in to have it check for a rough idle and the notorious clicking noise form the axle. First they told him it would be $130.00 to diagnose the clicking. He called me and I told him that he still has his Drivetrain warranty so why would they charge him. He went back and they then told him that the axles aren't part of the drivetrain warranty and it would be over 200.00 to repack them. Needless to say that when he informed me of this last night I was PISSED . So tomorrow a certian "George" at the SMI stelership is gonna get a visit. Unfortunately for him, I know the warranty coverage details AND I know about the TSB on the axles.

Why do these people need to take advantage?! I'm ****ing sick of it!!!

Sometimes it's worth the drive to another dealership that knows what they're doing. I used to drive to Performance and WestCovina for service all the time even though there are 5 Nissan dealerships within 25 miles of my house.

 

Amen. I pass by Glendale and Metro Inf. to get to W. Covina.

Why not complain to Infiniti corporate about this? I think making a complaint thru corporate will get their attention.

Now I go to montebello and go to R&D

 

such a shame.. my car left SMI 5 years ago and it's never been back there even tho it's 10 min away from UCLA. Rather drive all the way to Riverside

 

I take my car tot he Nissan dealership by my house for work and to Montclair infiniti for my warranty stuff...

 

money talks man, our society is changing....have u noticed? gas, prices, bitch3s, etc....they all cost now....lolz. jm....yea sucks man, i go to wesco nissan or the one in montclair for services. They all cool....=)

 

damn i wish i was stock status like you guys so i can have warranty from a dealer HAHA the only warranty i get is when i go to gtm, heck ill go there even if i have a leak, screw the stealership
