Extended warranty

There is nothing saying you cannot, for the time being.
Just a FYI, as you get more miles and/or the vehicle gets older, cost on the warranty does go up.
G35's actually are one of the top cars in holding value, when you look in terms of percentages. When you look at raw dollars, it looks like it sucks.

No, I appreciate it Mike. Still given the amount of different things I have heard, better to talk with Infiniti and I am assuming from the prior conversation (I had only asked "I can get that from any Infiniti dealer, right?") and she said sure. May be double checking, but good to have for my records since I do have a date, time and file# already from my first call to call and confirm.
I did know that the warranty price had age and mileage brackets, so it is something that it makes sense for me to get done this month, since any type of major change on Internet/Phone sales would probably be an October 1 type of change, etc.
I really looked hard at the Altimas which was the cheap car, the Maxima, which was really my target, and the G35, (loved the coupe, got the sedan) All three seamed to hold their value strongly after year 3 or so from what I was seeing. Granted that is starting to push into change over years for model redesigns but looks like after the initial 1 or two year drops, it levels off nicely.
