Are you talking about the spring that's physically on the clutch?

So is the noise coming from the clutch or the clutch pedal area?

it was from the clutch pedal area, but i sprayed the behind the pedals, and all the joints underneath where screws and nuts are

after a test drive.. clutch pedal much smoother and no squealing noises

The slave cylinder should be greased with lithium based grease. It is made to handle high temperature. I believe WD40 hardens when exposed to high temperatures. It should be ok on the pedal parts but I would still use some grease on that as well.

Its the part that moves the clutch fork. It is attached to the outside of the transmission.

the squeaking resonates thru the pedal and makes it seem like it's the pedal.
but in fact it's just like how it was stated above by Oyoquem.
