Arrow Who takes their G to RIVERSIDE INFINITI?

Hey fellas,

I plan to take my G to Riverside Infiniti b/c I am having some warranty issues that need to get addressed.

Problems:
  • Rattles in the A-pillar
  • Rear deck rattles
  • Sunroof squeaks
  • Dash cluster cover is lifting on one side
  • Vibrating passenger seat
  • Discoloration in the navi screen

I know that is a long list of things to get addressed, so I want make sure that it gets done right the first time around. I know many socal members here get their car serviced @ Riverside for warranty & maintenance services.

Can you guys refer a good service advisor & a service technician that you guys trust @ Riverside?

I've had horrible experiences @ Tustin Infiniti and want to start getting my car serviced at Riverside from now on even though it's about 45 minutes away. I just wanted to find the right service advisor & a tech that I can feel comfortable handing over my keys.

Thanks in advance!

-Jason

Been there ... never had any issues, even with my car left overnight. Ben was my advisor too.

Alan, I am hoping to squeeze in some time during the month.. just not exactly sure when yet

I gotta admit I hate leaving my car over at the dealership overnight.

I guess BEN is the man to hit up. If you 2 can trust your cars to them, I should be fine.

Mike is a great rep as well. I've never had a problem with Riverside. Been taking my car there since 2005. Be sure to hit Tony and Rick up for discounted mods.

I dealt with Ben when I got my motor replaced. He never questioned my mods either.

The process was pretty simple. I had to go back a total of 5 times. 1 oil change, 2 oil checks, once to drop off the car, and once to pick it up.

I initially only had a small amount of oil consumption at the first check at 1k miles. When I came back for my second check after another 1k miles and a bunch of passes at the drag strip (over 100) , I came back 15mm low (15mm according to them, my measurements were over 20mm) and got a new motor out of it. they also gave me a fairly new G37 for a few days for free as a courtesy car.

Talk to Ben to initiate an oil consumption test. You will need to have them do an oil change to initiate the test ($50) and come back after 1k miles.
