still circling trying to burn some more fuel.it has about 80 minutes worth of fuel.but look like they want to land it within 15 mi or so

oh man. This sucks! much luck to the passengers and crew.

i was trying to watch a live feed over the net but this computer (a mac) doesn't have the plug-ins required to play steaming media...booo!

OMG..touch down.safe landing.everybody safe.
for those who don't know.a Jetblue plane carried 115 passengers take oof from Burbank,ca to JFK.shortly after pilot found out the front landing gear completely turned 90 degree so he have to cirle around.
anyway.it's just land.wow seeing it live on television.THANKS GOD

just saw this too. I fly often enough that I can only hope that the pilots that fly the planes I'm in are as skilled as that dude.

prop to that pilot.damn he got skill.i've built that landing gear before (no,not that particular one) and let me tell you,there's no way that thing gonna turn back to the way it should.i thought it going to be really bad.but thanks to that cool,calm skill pilot.

haha just saw a white g35 sedan nearby the runway.must be belong to an emergency personel?

that was a crazy landing. wonder wat was going thru the pilots mind when he was circling long beach.

I was actually under the 105 while on the 110 when it was passing over...I guess traffic isn't ALWAYS bad...

Wowza, I've been thinking of flying from Burbank instead of Long Beach to JFK since it's a lot closer to Glendale. The only reason I still go down to Long Beach is that I have a place to park my car at a friend's house and they can take me and pick me up from the airport. I'll definitely continue flying from LGB!
